Elementor New Update To Boost Page Loading Speed

The Elementor plugin is a popular WordPress page builder. It also announced a newer update to its plugin that will improve website loading speed. The performance of JavaScript and CSS files will be optimized and improved. In addition, the new update would increase the Core Web Vital ratings.

Core Web Vitals holds a lot of weight when it comes to a website’s search ranking. As a result, they must have strong Core Web Vitals. They also mentioned that they would introduce a new feature that would make Google fonts load faster.

Another issue with JavaScript and CSS is that when it detects a JavaScript and CSS file, known as Render Blocking Files, web pages will stop rendering. As a result, some tactics include downloading the minimum necessary JavaScript or CSS required to render a page.

Although there are coding techniques to delay or parallel download the files (simultaneously with other files), those files must still be accessed to complete the web page rendering. The required JavaScript files will be loaded conditionally by the Elementor update.

Overall, It’s a good move by the Elementor which focuses on the upcoming Google update of Core Web Vitals.
